Lady Gaga Stylin' at a recent event
My twelve-year-old daughter is a huge Lady Gaga fan although I don’t particularly approve of the “message” our stylish diva spits out like vitriol in her lyrics.
When I received the email from Amazon trumpeting the $.99 download for the new Lady Gaga album “Born This Way” early this morning, I jumped on it and watched it sllloowly download into iTunes over a few hours.
Later I learned Amazon’s marketing gimmick brought down its servers and showed all naysayers she is IT right now.
Glad I got in early, but I can’t bear to listen to just one Lady Gaga track. Hope my daughter likes it!

Oh yeah, and I read yesterday Amazon lost $3 million on this “great” deal…meanwhile, Lady GG is taking over Facebook and profiting big time from the poor losers, er I mean, souls who play Farmville (if you are one of them, I mean “WINNERS” ala Charlie Sheen…).
